US: New Home Sales rise by 454K in April

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Sales of new single-family houses in the US increased by 454K in April, following a 444K rise in March, according to estimates released today by the US Census Bureau. This is more than the expected 425K increase.

This represents 2.3% growth in April, compared with March's 3.5% rise and above projections of +1.9%.
