US pending home sales rose slightly in June

Pending home sales in the United States rose a seasonally adjusted 0.2% in June, the National Association of Realtors said Wednesday.

Expectations were for a larger rise of 1.4%, following May's fall of 3.7%. Compared with June 2015, the index has climbed 1.0%.
