EC spokesman: Up to UK parliament to take important decisions this week

Margaritis Schinas, the Chief Spokesperson of the European Commission, recently crossed the wires saying that it was up to the British Parliament to take "important decisions" this week. "The EU is open and willing to meet UK negotiators at any time," Schinas added."The EU is committed to ratifying the deal before March 29th."
