China is expected to launch a state infrastructure investment fund worth CNY500 billion ($74.69 billion) to boost infrastructure spending and revive a flagging economy, Reuters reported, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.

“China will issue 2023 advance quota for local government special bonds in the fourth quarter,” sources said.
